Richard Esq. is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is the managing partner of the firm and oversees all cases. He has more than twenty years of experience in complex litigation involving client injured in motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, slip and fall, nursing home neglect, elevator accidents, municipal liability and dog bites. Mr. DeBrosse also has substantial experience representing clients with real estate issues such as forclosure defense, buying and selling property, partition, short sale, modification, immigration and landlord tenant.
